Changing or Resetting Your Password

Forgot or need to change your password? Here is what you need to do.

If you're able to sign in to your account, you can update your password from your account settings.

Alternatively, you can request an email with a password reset link if you forgot your password and are not able to sign in.

Updating Your Password in Account Settings

If you are able to sign in and access your account, follow these steps to change your password.

Step 1: Go to the Account Settings Page

Navigate to the Account Settings page from a link in the top navigation bar:

Step 2: Enter a New Password

Enter a new password in the Change Your Password section and click Save Password when you're done.

You will then need to enter your current password for security verification.

Resetting Your Password Using Your Email

If you're not able to sign in to your account, follow these steps to reset your password using your email.

Step 1: Open the Sign In Popup

Click on the account icon in the top navigation bar to open the Sign In popup:

Step 2: Initiate Password Reset

Click the Forgot password? link in the Sign In popup:

Then enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password:

Step 3: Check Your Email

You should receive an email within a few minutes with a link to finish resetting your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.

Click the one-time link in the email to proceed:

Step 4: Enter a New Password

Finally, enter a new password you'd like to use and click Save Password:

You should now be able to sign in to your account using the new password you just entered.
