You can view, change or cancel your RentCast Pro or the RentCast API subscription at any time online, from the billing page in your account settings.
Viewing Your Subscription Status
To view your subscription status, navigate to the Billing page from a link in the top navigation bar:
This page will show your current subscription status, upcoming payments, your payment history, and other billing information:
Note: you will see a separate section for your RentCast platform and RentCast API subscriptions, and you can change or cancel them independently of one another.
Updating Your Payment Method
It is important to keep your current payment up-to-date to prevent your subscription from being automatically canceled if payments fail.
You can enter a new credit or debit card to use for future payments by clicking the Edit button next to your current payment on file:
Note: your saved payment method will be used both for the RentCast platform and the RentCast API subscriptions.
Canceling Your Subscription

If you cancel your current subscription, you will still be able to access the features it includes until your current subscription term ends. Following that, your account will be switched back to our free plan.
To cancel your subscription, click the Cancel button next to your current plan and follow the prompts in the cancellation popup that opens:
