Unlock the full power of our platform with the RentCast Pro subscription.

You can use the basic version of our software for free for as long as you like. You don't need a credit card to sign up for a free RentCast account.

You can upgrade your account to RentCast Pro at any time to unlock additional features and support for tracking larger rental portfolios.

Features and Pricing

Here is what you'll get with the RentCast Pro upgrade:

  • Track 50+ properties in your portfolio: keep track of your rentals with real-time alerts, market updates and historical rent trends

  • Get more accurate rent estimates and comps: change the search radius and look back period of comps to find the most relevant comparables

  • Look up more comps for each property: view and compare up to 20 nearby rental comps to get a better picture of the local rent prices

  • View local rental trends and market insights: see historical rent trends, averages and statistics to help you understand the local market

  • Add custom branding to your PDF reports: white-label and personalize any report with your name, links, contact info and logo

  • Send property updates to other people: include your clients or property owners on any property alerts and market update emails

How Much Does RentCast Pro Cost?

RentCast Pro is a subscription-based upgrade. We offer monthly and yearly billing options and you can view our current pricing information on our website.

All of our paid plans start with a free 14-day trial to give you time to try the premium features. You will only be charged after your free trial is over. If you cancel your subscription before then, you will not be charged.

Once purchased, your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Upgrading Your Account

You can upgrade to RentCast Pro online, by clicking one of the upgrade buttons, like the one in the top navigation bar:

Next, select from one of the available billing plans and enter your payment information:

If you have a discount or promotion code, you can also enter it at this time, right below the billing plan selection. Click the Apply button after entering the promo code to add it to your subscription:

Note: promo codes can only be added to new subscriptions and cannot be applied to existing ones.

After everything looks correct, click the Start Free Trial button to complete the upgrade:

Note: once you upgrade on one of your devices, you will be able to use the premium features on any other device you own, as long as you sign in with the same account.

Changing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can view your subscription status, update your payment information, as well as cancel your subscription at any time on the billing page in your account settings.

RentCast Platform vs. API Subscriptions

RentCast offers two different subscription types, one for our platform and the other for our REST API:

  • Platform subscription: choose this subscription if you'd like access to the premium features offered by RentCast Pro, as described above

  • API subscription: choose this subscription if you're going to use our REST API to integrate our property and rental data into your applications or workflows

Since the two subscription types are separate, you can start, change or cancel them independently of one another. You can also have both subscriptions active under the same RentCast account.
